When local businessman Bob Brunner decided to purchase a well-worn bar located on one of Hamburg's busiest street corners, he envisioned the Irish pub that he could create in its place. On June 19, 1990, he opened J.P. Fitzgerald's, Restaurant, Pub and Banquet Facility located in Hamburg, NY. Little did he imagine that twenty-five years later, family, friends, employees, local and state officials, as well as representatives from Ireland would help celebrate the long-running success of his establishment.

J.P.'s Foundation
J.P.'s Foundation, established in 2010, is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to serving the local community, with primary efforts benefiting Autistic children and adults. To date, J.P.'s Foundation has distributed in excess of $500,000.
