The history of J.P. Fitzgerald’s is filled with family values and traditions, dating back two decades when my grandfather, John Patrick Fitzgerald, honored me with his blessings to name Hamburg’s newest restaurant J.P. Fitzgerald’s. We have kept many of Grandpa’s Irish quips alive with signature dishes such as the Mother McCree, Mother Superior, and the Gypsy Pete. Since we opened J.P.’s on June 19, 1990, we have proudly continued the tradition of providing our family of customers the best quality food, service, fun and “Smiling Irish Eyes.”
